About me
I worked for 18 years at Decathlon in Belgium and abroad as a manager, project leader, executive coach and leader in human and managerial transformations.
Leveraging this experience and my training as coach, facilitator and Gestalt therapist, I have been able to realise ambitious team transformation projects. Above all, I learned how to listen, motivate, provide meaning and strengthen the spirit of belonging and collaboration.
Since 2017, I've passed on this so called "savoir vivre and achieve together in business to reveal all our capabilities”.

Authenticity and active listening

Being authentic means doing your best every day. Share your emotions. Assert your beliefs.
Listening in the broadest sense: Be sensitive to the visible and invisible surroundings.
Listening implies to understand the present, and to adjust accordingly. It's about doing and being together.
Posivity and drive

Adding a touch of lightness and good humour is essential. It keeps the energy flowing.
This goes hand in hand with being demanding. I like to say that we do serious things without taking ourselves too seriously!
Method
My overarching method is based on the Toscanian approach, with the 4 transformation dials from the work of Frédéric Laloux and Ken Wilber.
The most Human is the most effective and the most sustainable in order to know how to live and perform together in business and reveal all potential.
My inspiration is also resulting from my past and present projects experience: facilitation and group dynamics techniques, coaching Dilts & Bateson levels, .... Continuously evolving and adjusted to who you are.
Only a tailor made approach, no “one size fits all” with me.
Each collaboration start with a consultation with the client. We continue after mutual agreement on both the project and the proposed method.
To ensure effectiveness and sustainability, the visible and specific actions are always the result of your personal work.
